Balance Inquiry Charges
The balance inquiry charges of Mobilink has been increased by 50% from April 17, 2012. It is published in various newspaper today that the balance inquiry services will be charged at 15 paisas plus Tax. The Balance inquiry charges were 10 paisas plus tax before this.
The imposing of new charges from cellular service operators is not new. All Companies are in constant habit of imposing additional charges or increasing current charges of value added services like calling help line, maintenance charges and so on.
It looks that other operators will follow Mobilink and will also increase balance inquiry charges from 12 paisas to 18 paisas per inquiry.
